Text messaging

Execution Partner LLC ("Execution Partner"), operator of The Trades Record, sends text messages only to people who opt in.

How you opt in

By checking the "Text and call me" box on a claim form and giving your phone number, or by texting a keyword shown on the site to our number. Consent is not a condition of claiming a record or of any purchase.

What we send

Messages about your listing: the claim code if you asked for it by text, the seal and one-page read, and follow-up about your record. Message frequency varies; typically no more than a few messages a month.

How to stop or get help

Reply STOP to end at any time; you will receive one confirmation and nothing further. Reply HELP or email desk@thetradesrecord.com for help. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your data

Mobile information and text-messaging opt-in data will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the privacy policy.
